Job responsibilities
- Raising order in tally
- Raising check list & forward the same to plant for dispatch schedule, as per their specs, etc
- Maintaining records of order & sales in google drive
- Raising debit note / credit note against the rejection of the material
- Coordinating with customer regarding the dispatch, query, etc.
- Raising proforma invoice for the advance payment, pdc, lc, etc.
- Giving dispatch planning to plant as per customer schedule
- Forward the coa to customer for approval before the dispatch of the material
- Updating customer with dispatch details
- Tracking the consignment if any issue
- Raising soc & chk list to arrange the samples & forward the same to customer.
- Coordinate with factory for the sample status
- Maintaining records of the samples provided to the customer with details
- Maintaing records of the documents sent with the samples in folder in drive.
- Raising requisition form to arrange documents like teck pack, dmf, etc as per customer request & after receiving forward the same to customer.
- For third party export arrange shipment details as per our sheet
- Follow up with customer for proof of export, etc,
- Coordinating with factory for pkg list, coa, label copy for the third party export.
- Arranging document like adc approval letter prior to dispatch.
- Preparing iso document as per the audit sheet
- Preparing docs to submit the lc as per the schedule.
- Mainting lc file for the lc document after submitting the document to bank
